GREEN BAY – A disorderly conduct charge against Packers linebacker Erik Walden was dismissed Friday.
That’s because Walden met the terms of a deferred prosecution agreement.
Walden was arrested in November 2011 on suspicion of assaulting his girlfriend at their apartment near Green Bay.
Walden’s girlfriend originally told police they were arguing and he pushed her. She later changed her story to say she hit him first.
